As they made their way up the trails of Fryman Canyon near Kim’s home in Bel Air, the trio jogged with great focus. Kim looked incredibly fit sporting boxer braids and Yeezy Boost sneakers from her husband Kanye West’s collection. Despite the tiny sports bra she wore, it seemed to be quite supportive as she picked up speed. Only stopping momentarily to admire some passing dogs with their walker, the group remained committed to their trek. Kim, a mother of two young children, appears to be dedicated to her new fitness routine.
Last month, during an interview, she shared her desire to improve her physical fitness after seeing some unflattering vacation photos that had surfaced months ago. She also insisted that the pictures must have been manipulated. Kardashian disclosed on The View that she was taken aback by the photos and said, “I saw these terrible pictures of myself when I was on a trip in Mexico, and people were Photoshopping them and sharpening them.” “I definitely wasn’t in my best shape. I hadn’t worked out in around 12 weeks, and I’d had two surgeries on my uterus. We documented that on the show. “But I already didn’t feel like myself, and when people were sharpening them and making them look way worse before circulating them, I was like,’ Okay, I’m going to get it together,’ and I began training with this bodybuilder girl.”
Kim was motivated to take action after being inspired by some photos. During her appearance on The View, Kim shared that she’s been following a new fitness routine for the past three weeks, which includes a modified diet plan and partnering with a girl she connected with on social media. She emphasized the importance of putting in the effort to achieve results, sharing that she wakes up every day between 5:30 and 6 to exercise before her children wake up. Her workouts have been lasting for 90 minutes. Along with her intense workouts, Kim has made significant changes to her eating habits.
Before, I used to restrict myself from eating certain foods, believing that it would help me lose weight. However, I realized that cutting out carbs completely was too difficult for me. Fortunately, my new fitness coach has taught me how to incorporate healthy carbohydrates and vegetables into my meals. I can already see changes in my body after just a few weeks of following this meal plan and engaging in intense workouts. Working out is also a great way for me to relieve stress.
